Waterloo Centre is located in a place known for its artistic and historical values.  

Ultimate was engaged to provide the new signage during its upgrading.  The existing signs on the building are replaced by a new set of signs for a vibrant look while maintaining its traditional touch of Chinese character on both sides of the building. ​

A new landmark sign in bright yellow provides a fresh modern look to the courtyard. When illuminated at night, the entire area acts as a focal point where people can gather around the open space with many strategical benches and tables.
