Ju Eng Home for Senior Citizens was officially opened in September 1996. Due to the rapid ageing population and the escalating need for elderly nursing care in Singapore, it has redeveloped twice in the year 2001 and 2016. After the redevelopment, the home can currently accommodate 584 residents.

​Ultimate was engaged by the client during the 3rd phase of development to design and supply mainly interior signs.
